About VOÚIS ID

Voúis Interior Design is an independent design studio led by me, Niko Vouis.

My creative journey began at Leeds Metropolitan University, where I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Creative Practices. During my studies, I developed a strong foundation in visual communication, digital photography, image editing, and design thinking, learning how to approach creative projects with both conceptual depth and practical purpose.

In 2018, I had the opportunity to design my first retail space, followed by a second commercial project in 2024. These experiences proved to be pivotal, providing valuable insight into the relationship between aesthetics, branding, functionality, customer experience, and the practical realities of bringing a design vision to life. They reinforced my belief that successful spaces should not only look beautiful, but also support the people who use them every day.

Driven by a growing passion for interiors, I went on to complete the Professional Interior Design Diploma (Level 3) with the National Design Academy in 2026. Since then, I have undertaken residential design projects ranging from kitchen redesigns to living and dining room transformations, helping clients create spaces that feel more personal, functional, and reflective of their lifestyles.

My approach is rooted in thoughtful design rather than fleeting trends. I believe the most successful interiors are those that respond to the way people live, gathering inspiration from their routines, aspirations, culture, and personal stories to create spaces with character, purpose, and longevity.

Whether refreshing a single room or reimagining an entire space, my goal is to provide clients with a clear design vision that balances functionality, aesthetics, and individuality, creating interiors that feel both considered and genuinely lived in.
